We want you to love your Valfré gear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Securely pack your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Get Refunded
After our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
